Thank you for taking the time to visit our website, Root2Lean is a family run business based in the Heart of the England at our historic offices in Tamworth, Staffordshire. From here we deliver business consultancy, training and NVQ's to Industry and Commerce in the UK and further afield. In May 2011 we celebrated 6 years in business, and even through the recent recession have continued to grow our customer base and product range. This growth has been down to the long term relationships we have developed with our clients and partners.
- Delivered over £2 million in savings in 6 months for Building Plastics Company using our Lean Implementation Process.
- Designed & Delivered Lean Leader training to over 200 managers to support a £20 million cost reduction programme for Blue Chip Multi-National.
- Currently delivering NVQ's to candidates across the UK in Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing, Automotive, Food & Drink, Customer Service & Textiles Industries.
- Recently delivered an IOSH Working Safely programme for a number of Food Industry Cleaning & Support Teams.
